The bbq pits on FRIDAY are fully booked.
So, is it possible for our class outing to be on thursday instead?
Time remains unchanged: 4pm-8pm.
I think that speech day ends around 2?
Therefore, if you are in speech day you can come later or something if you are really busy.
The pit is better as it is nearest to downtown east and I think is more acessible(?)

There will be a game thingy before the BBQ + EATING.
There are station masters and fire starters that will be not part of the game.
You all have been divided into 6 groups and I think everyone should be okay with their group although it is 100% randomized.
