2.4km run; STAMINA!! hard to train stamina at home, unless your house is like tuper tuper big LOL. so go to some park or playground and jog around, not play play type haha. if can find a stadium or track even better, track yourself in a record book and increase your speed, take note of your timings..sit ups; ABS!! :O i want abs hahahahaha okay ignore that-.- this can easily train! lie on the floor put your foot at your bed and do. time yourself and set a higher target each time. for girls i guess can start a target of.. 30? if you can reach >40 you're very fit already :).standing broad jump; SPRING!! bend your knees as much as possible and tuck your knees as close as possible to your chest. try to 'hang' yourself in the air for half a second? and land heels first, lean forward. regularly stretch your upper mucscle thighs..pull ups; MUSCLES!! try to do 3-4 sets of 15 push ups each for a start. no chicken wing, you'll only deceive yourself, stomachs shouldn't touch the floor too! do it every night now and then, and you'll gain muscles! when doing inclined pull ups, don't rush, do it steadily..sit and reach; FLEXIBILITY!! chinese dance people shouldn't have a problem :D stretch your thigh/calf muscles every day whenever you think about it. a simple serious stretch every 4 hours will really help in flexibility at the end of the day :) wrap both hands at your feet sole sitting down, you'll do well!.shuttle run; AGILITY!! and speed of response too! take big and few strides, rather than small and many jogs. act fast when you're turning, it really matters alot! don't stop at the finish line, give yourself some extra allowance! that's your full speed :).
