All Galens,
It has been a long a holiday for most of you and I do hope you have rested well and prepared for the new calendar year in 2009.
In the blink of the eye, class of One Galen will soon be transformed into Two Galen. The path to seniority may not be easy for some of you but you have all survived the journey together. Challenges abound for those who are ready to embark onto a new journey; for others, it's time to tune your mindset to face those challenges courageously.
While it is my wish to go through the challenges with all of you in the new year, it's unfortunate that I have to relinquish my form teacher-ship of the class. I will, however, be the form teacher of 3C. I think I will miss all of you…..
Though I may not be your form teacher anymore in 2009, we may still cross our paths some time later if you choose physics as a subject in year 3. Your new form teacher is Miss Yvonne Chan, your LA teacher in 2008. Do give her the support as you have given me for the past one year. I look forward to a much stronger class in 2009.
For those who are not active in any area in 2008, do consider volunteering yourself for the class and the school in the new year. Remember, schooling is not just about academics, it's also about trying out and knowing yourselves through activities, taking up leadership roles and building long-lasting friendships.
Last but not least, all the best to all and may the coming new year be a fruitful one!!
